Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that moving plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling work for your Tote Around Newnan reservation. By checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.
1. Cancellations more than 48 hours before delivery
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery are fully refundable.
2. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery are subject to a $15 fee.
3. No-shows
If Customer is not available at the scheduled delivery time and does not cancel or reschedule in advance, Customer will be charged the selected package's extra-week rate.
4. Acceptance
By checking the cancellation & rescheduling policy box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms in this policy.
